Many company profiles are created using publicly available information to help users discover businesses in the rapidly evolving Agentic AI ecosystem.
This policy explains how authorized representatives may claim ownership of a company listing.
1. Purpose of Claiming a Listing
Claiming a company listing allows an authorized representative to manage and maintain the accuracy of their company’s profile.
Claimed listings help ensure that information presented to our users remains current and reliable.
2. Eligibility
A listing may be claimed by individuals authorized to represent the company, including:
- Founder
- Co-Founder
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Company owner
- Authorized employee
- Official marketing representative
- Authorized agency acting on behalf of the company
We may request evidence of authorization before approving a claim.
3. Verification Process
To protect the integrity of our directory, we may verify ownership using one or more methods, including:
- Verification through an email address associated with the company’s official domain.
- Verification of company ownership or employment.
- Confirmation through the company’s official website.

We reserve the right to deny verification if sufficient evidence cannot be provided.
4. Benefits of a Claimed Listing

5. Accuracy of Information

6. Editorial Independence
While claimed listings allow companies to manage factual business information, AgenticAIList.net retains editorial control over:

- Editorial summaries
- Industry classifications
- Featured collections
- Rankings
- Reviews
- Editorial articles
Companies cannot require us to alter independent editorial content unless factual inaccuracies are demonstrated.
7. Verification Badge
Listings that successfully complete our verification process may receive a “Verified” badge.
The badge indicates that we have verified the identity of the listing owner.
It does not imply endorsement, certification, recommendation, or guarantee of the company’s products or services.
Verification status may be removed if eligibility requirements are no longer met.
8. Ownership Changes
If ownership of a company changes, the new owner must complete a new verification process before administrative access can be transferred.
9. Removal Requests
Companies may request updates or removal of inaccurate information.
However, AgenticAIList.net reserves the right to retain factual business information obtained from publicly available sources where permitted by applicable law.
Removal requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
10. Abuse of Claim Process
We may suspend or revoke listing ownership if we determine that a claimant has:
- Submitted fraudulent information
- Misrepresented their authority
- Attempted unauthorized access
- Published misleading content
- Violated our Terms of Service
Serious violations may result in permanent removal of administrative access.
